JUST Aluminium deliver your door and window products free of charge to the vast majority of mainland UK destinations.
Our bi-folding and sliding patio doors are delivered to you assembled accompanied by the glazed and sealed units that will be fitted to the doors by your installer. Alternatively, if you or your builder/installer prefer, we can supply doors in kit form – let us know before you confirm your order and we can easily arrange this.

If there are access restrictions at your delivery address, please inform us as this can help us avoid any issues such as narrow road access, alleyways, top floor apartments accessible via stairs or lifts.
All products are supplied shrink wrapped to ensure they reach you in immaculate condition. If you have any issues with any components, please report this within 24 hours of delivery and prior to installation – terms and conditions can be accessed here.

We will notify you of a scheduled delivery date a few days after your order has been placed. Whilst we do our very best to provide an honest, accurate lead time in advance in advance of your order, we are unable to schedule your delivery date until your job has been booked into production*. Where possible, we will call you an hour prior to delivery to ensure someone is on site to assist the driver. It is your responsibility to arrange appropriate assistance for unloading the items from the delivery vehicle. If this is not in place, then the driver will not unload the items on their own.

*whilst we are fully aware of our manufacturing capacity and hold stock of most standard items, our lead times are often dictated by our suppliers eg glass, profile etc
